Who are Retail Fix
Our founding Director, David Broom, has over 25 years experience working with hospitality and high street retailers in a variety of roles including IT Director, Change Management Director, Business Change Director and Process Improvement Director. David has operated at Board level and overseen the implementation of hundreds of initiatives all involving significant business and process change.
David is passionate about reducing central overheads, whilst maintaining and improving the quality of the organisations processes and service.
Our Philosophy
- Retail Fix believe that the relationship between central overhead and retail disciplines is critical - central overheads can always be reduced, the difficult part is delivering these savings whilst maintaining or increasing revenues and improving morale and service levels within the organisation. Retail Fix can deliver this
- Retail Fix believe that the application of professional retail disciplines is key to running a successful retail organisation.
- Retail Fix believe that most retailers lack professional retail disciplines at some point in their organisation, either outlet, area manager, operational manager or head office department/function.
- Retail Fix believe that we can deliver professional retail disciplines quickly and cost effectively at any point in the organisation
- Large consultancies are not as effective, responsive or cost effective in this area as a small experienced team that have had to deliver the results for themselves in the past.
- Experience of actually delivering this level of change in large organisations is critical, we do more than talk about change we have achieved it for real.
- Retail Fix believe that they can provide support for retailers across the range of their services and represent much better value than traditional larger consultancies
Retail Fix Commitment
- We will produce an initial proposal free of charge after the first consultation. We will not proceed if we do not feel that an opportunity to help exists.
- After we have completed our 4 week health check we will prepare an action plan that will deliver and improvement in service levels and a financial benefit.
