The Retail Fix Health Check

The Retail Business Health Check is our way of getting underneath the skin of your organisation in order to assess the effectiveness and quality the service being delivered. We identify what is (and maybe what isn't happening) in the key areas of the organisation and how these factors are driving your central overhead costs. Finally we prepare recommendations and an action plan to improve the levels of service and reduce the absolute level of overhead cost.

The Health Check will cover

We target a period of 4 weeks to complete the health check and offer it as a service at a fixed cost. If we need to bring in specialist resource from our network of associates we will do so, but we will cover the cost of this within the fixed cost fee for the health check.
