To get us started Retail Fix ran a motivational coaching session on positive thinking to inspire us to work both individually and as a team in order to achieve the most challenging objectives.

The feedback from the managers attending the session, as part of a residential weekend, was that it was an inspirational session that motivated them to think differently about how they approached their work and gave them confidence to become positive.
